Harry Potter’s Death Eaters Characters

The death eaters is a team of wizards headed by the Lord Voldermort, whose main mission is to clean the Wizard’s society by eradicating the witches or wizards who were born to non-magical parents or better known as Muggle-borns. They are the most hated Harry Potter Characters because of their evilness. The Death Eaters have quite a number of members and each of them is a felon. The first among the group is Avery. He was tortured by the evil Lord during his rebirth ritual. He falsely claimed that he had been under the imperious curse so that he could not be held a captive. He was one of the culprits in the breaking in incident at the Department of Mysteries.

Barty Crouch Jr is another member of the Death Eaters. He joined using the Cruciatus Curse against Frank and Alice Longbottom that led to permanent incapacitation of both. He also broke away from Azkaban. He is a notable criminal in the story because of his involvement in the capture of Harry, whom he delivered to Lord Voldermort. He uses the Polyjuice Potion to impersonate Alastor”Mad-Eye” Moody. The magician’s cup of evil deeds can be deemed empty without mentioning the murdered of his own father; Barty Crouch Sr. He also casts the imperious curse on Viktor Krum.

Antonin Dolohov is an accomplice in the murder of Gideon and Fabian Prewett. He is shown torturing a large number of Volermort’s non-supporters and Muggles. He seriously hurts Alastor Moody and Hermione Granger with the break-in at the Department of Mysteries and also manages to break loose from Azkaban. This felon attacks the three main characters of the story together, Harry, Ron and Hermione but does not manage to succeed in hurting any of them.

The Harry Potter Character in this group portrayed as the greatest savage werewolf, is Fenrir Greyback. This one is into hunting and attacking little kids.  He also seriously wounds Bill Weasley and Lavender Brown. There is a gang called “the Snatcher” which heads, the gang that captures Harry, Ron and Hermione. When he joins the battle of the Hogwarts, he is brought down by Ron Weasley and Neville Longbottom.

This is group is not only made up of male wizards but also females. Bellatrix Lestrange is the first female death eater that is introduced in the story. She is one of the death eaters who aids in the torture of Franck and Alice Longbottom using the Cruciatus Curse that eventually permanently incapacitated both. She frees away from the prison and joins Voldermort fourteen years later. She is present during the break-in at the Department of Mysteries where she kills Sirius Black, tortures Neville Longbottom and seriously harms Nymphadora Tonks. He evil deeds are not different from her male counterparts.

Also in the group are Alecto and Amycus Carrow who, while teaching at Hogwarts, torture students and assault people at Hogwarts.  Another character in this group is Regulus Black. He is the one who helps Voldermort hide. This group is well represented with the members earning resentment and hatred because of their evil doings and harm they cause in the society.
